I attended the American Association of Woodturners Symposium in Raleigh, NC, July 10-14. My good friend Roberto received the Award of Excellence in the Instant Gallery for his piece “Gladiator #4” (pictured) and I got the chance to be videographer for the Sharon Doughtie, Benoit Averly and John Lucas rotations. Best seat in the house!
